Chateau Du Cedre Heritage Chardonnay

A brilliant Chardonnay from a brilliant winery. This is a fruit forward medium bodied Chardonnay. Fresh citrus and orchard fruits are persistent on the nose and palate, followed by subtle pastry flake notes from lees ageing. A medium body that has a nice velvety mouthfeel and fresh acidity. 

Great versatility for food pairings and can even be enjoyed as an apperitif. The grapes are grown using sustainable and organic wine making practices.
