Conde Valdemar Tempranillo Blanco

Tempranillo Blanco grapes handpicked in the early hours of the mornign to keep them fresh after a cool night, are fermented in stainless steel tanks. No oak ageing, leaving us with great pure fruit flavours, however, 4 months of ageing on its lees offers a more sumptuous mouthfeel and extra hints of the local bakery on the nose. 

White fruits, like peach and nectarine alongside herbal notes and a creamy, lingering finish.
