Folias de Baco Uivo Pet Nat Rosé

A unique and interesting wine. Hailing from the Douro Valley in Portugal, winemaker Tiago Sampaio grows Pinot Noir.

This is a naturally sparkling wine, made in the Petillant Natural, or Ancestral Method style.

Pink lady apples, hints of orange and nice minerality. Light and fresh with fresh acidity and light alcohol level. Enjoy with lighter dishes or on it's own.
