Henriot Brut Souverain is the non-vintage brut Champagne of Maison Henriot in Reims, blended from about 50% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay and 5% Meunier with 30 to 50% reserve wines, aged at least 3 years and with a dosage under 5 g/l. Bottled in a 750ml bottle.
