Hopfully Brewing X To Øl- Horseman Sour DIPA 8.3% ABV 440ml Can

In collaboration with To Øl, they have brewed a Sour DIPA using Riwaka, Motueka, and Citra hops, infused with fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla.

Tasting Notes:

This smooth beer features a sharp citrus sourness perfectly balanced by a sweet background, with a flavour profile that highlights tart citrus zest and smooth vanilla. Despite its strength, the alcohol is well-masked, making it as drinkable as a 5% beer. Delish!
