L'Amour Du Risque Cab Franc Pet Nat

From the wonderful winemakers at Chateau Peybonhomme-Les-Tours on the right bank of Bordeaux. This is 100% Cabernet Franc, wild fermented and bottled before fementation is complete, leaving plenty of nice fizz in the bottle. A classic Pet-Nat.

Organic and biodynamic farming, this wine is the truest expression of unadultered wine making. Lively bubbles, with strawberreies, raspberries, red apple, light peach and a creamy texture. A new favourite of ours.
