Wheat flour (gluten) (68%), rye flour (14%), dried yeast, dextrose, salt, wheat and barley malt extract, dried rye sourdough (ground rye and ferments), anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate, emulsifier: mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid) and enzymes.
