Rocher de la Republique Pays d'Oc Blanc

From a wonderful coop near Montpellier in the south of France. Blending Rolle, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc all farmed organically. Excelent balance between fresh citrus and orchard fruits and soft aromatics.

Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature to enhance the fruit. Great representation of white blends from the Pays d'Oc.
