A truly unique tuscan wine and expression of the winemakers interest in creating something new and exciting. this wine is a real passion project. A blend of Itlaian grapes Vermentino and Trebbiano and international varietals of Gewurtzstraminer, Riesling and Malvasia.  

Bright, medium body with lots of texture. Aromas of citrus, peach and pears. Subtle hints of smoke and fennel. Great acidity is balanced with the fruitiness of this dry wine. Great length and complexity that will surpirse you at each sip.
